I started building smart homes more than 10 years ago in my own house, beginning with a few connected lights and a thermostat in Apple Home. As my requirements grew, I moved to Home Assistant and discovered the possibilities of a more open and flexible platform. Today I help homeowners create reliable, future-ready smart homes using Home Assistant, Apple Home, KNX, and other technologies. I enjoy testing new products myself before recommending them, but I'm also happy to explore new solutions with customers who want to be early adopters.
